Attention valued CUE subscribers: ​Please be advised that the new CUE Broadcast app is currently down for an update aimed at repairing an issue with the app. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance your user experience. In the meantime, you can still access your CUE Broadcast service through the older version of the app, CUEAPK.COM. Please see the instructions page for installation directions.

Firestick Android
How to Install CUE Broadcast on an Android/Onn device:
  1. From the home screen, select the apps tab and in the search bar say or enter Downloader.
  2. Install the Downloader app (Note: Install the one from AFTVnews with the D icon. The app with the TV icon will not work.)
  3. Once installed, open the Downloader app and when prompted select Allow. 
  4. In the Downloader search bar enter 315611 and click GO. 
  5. When the CUE app file is finished downloading click install and then a settings button will appear. Click on it and it will direct you to the install unknown apps section. 
  6. When the Install unknown apps screen appears make sure that Downloader is activated. 
  7. Click Install then click Open. 
  8. Click Add New Source. 
  9. Select CUE Streaming and click Next. 
  10. Disregard the server and output and only enter your username and password and click Next. 
  11. On the following screen the EPG will be preselected so just click Next.
  12. On the next screen you can select which categories you prefer or just leave it set as the default (The DVR feature is not active at this time so please disregard those options). When ready click Add.
  13. On the next screen the source CUE Streaming will be checked so just click Done. 
  14. It may take a few minutes for the content to load, once the content is done loading click Close.  
  15. Setup is complete. ​Enjoy your CUE Broadcast experience!
How to Install CUE Broadcast on a Firestick:

For existing customers: When installing the new version of the CUE app please make sure to uninstall all previous versions of the CUE apps from your device as well as deleting the .apk files from the Downloader prior to installation.

  1. From the Firestick home screen, in the search bar say or enter Downloader. 
  2. Open or Install the Downloader app. 
  3. Once installed, open the Downloader app and when prompted select Allow. 
  4. In the Downloader search bar enter 315611 and click GO. 
  5. When the CUE app file is finished downloading a settings button will appear. Click on it and it will direct you to the My Fire TV section in the Firestick settings. (If you have already enabled the developer options please skip to step 9) . 
  6. If the developer options aren’t visible, click About and with the Fire TV Stick highlighted press the center button seven times. This will enable the developer options. 
  7. Click the back button then select Developer Options, then select Install unknown apps and make sure that Downloader is turned ON. 
  8. Press the Home button and navigate back to the Downloader app. 
  9. When the Downloader app reopens, the Status screen should be visible, click Install. (Note: If the status screen isn’t showing select the Files tab and select the CUE install file)
  10. Once the white screen appears, click Install in the bottom right corner. 
  11. When the app is done installing, click Open.
  12. Click Add new source. Please disregard the Export and Restore options.
  13. Select CUE Streaming and click Next. 
  14. Disregard the server and output and only enter your username and password and click Next.
  15. On the following screen the EPG will be preselected so just click Next.
  16. On the following screen you can select which categories you prefer or just leave it set as the default (The DVR feature is not active at this time so please disregard those options). When ready click Add.
  17. On the next screen the source CUE Streaming will be checked so just click Done.
  18. It may take a few minutes for the content to load, once the content is done loading click Close.  
  19. Setup is complete. ​Enjoy your CUE Broadcast experience!
How to update the CUE Broadcast App:

Updating the app will not affect your settings. It will only update the content.

  1. Press the center select button.
  2. Navigate to the CUE app settings.
  3. Select Sources. 
  4. Click Update. 
  5. Done. ​​Press the back button to exit. 
How to uninstall the CUE Broadcast App:

For existing customers we suggest that you clear off all previous instances of the CUE app prior to installing the newest version of our app.

  1. Go to your Firestick settings. 
  2. Select Applications and go to manage installed applications. 
  3. Scroll down to find the CUE app(s) and press the play/pause button to uninstall and click confirm. 
  4. Follow the instructions above to install the new version of the CUE app. 
How to login to the CUE Broadcast web player:
  1. Click on the CUE webplayer button in the top right of the web browser screen or go to cuetvwebplayer.com 
  2. For ‘Any Name’ you can select whatever name you prefer for your profile. 
  3. Then enter the credentials you selected during registration. 
  4. Select either the basic or the premium. Both options will have the same content package. (Note: This selection is for setting up devices on a TV). 
  5. Click Add User. 
  6. Once you have logged in you won’t have to re-enter your credentials. When you return to the login page click ‘List User’ and select your profile and click login.
